Mildred was born on April 25, 1918 in Pennsburg, PA, during a flu outbreak in her town, a daughter of the late Claude and Anna Miller Trumbore. She graduated from Pennsburg High School, where she played basketball and field hockey. After high school, she was trained as a beautician in Allentown, PA. On May 20, 1939, she married John Allen Weierman at the Sixth Cornered Lutheran Church in Hatfield, PA. Mrs. Weierman traveled with her husband through his work as a border patrol officer. His first assignment was in Fort Covington.
Mrs. Weierman was an active member, along with her husband, at the First Methodist Church of Ogdensburg. She was a strong lady, who weathered World War II, earthquakes and fires.
She is survived by her daughter and her husband; three granddaughters; seven great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, John; and by a sister, Glenna Mack.
Entombment will be in Foxwood Memorial Park, Ogdensburg.
