Billy L. Rowe, 78, died July 22, 2003 at his home of leukemia. He was born April 28, 1925 in Garland, Utah. Billy was a son of William H. and Marjorie Lela Barnard Rowe. He married Barbara June Hewlett on November 27, 1944 in Logan Temple.

Billy was a High Priest in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Billy and his family lived in Brigham City, Utah. For many years on second west between fifth and sixth south. Being members of the Brigham City Tenth Ward.

Billy was always a good neighbor. He turned his garage into a shop to make draperies. Then they moved to Perry, Utah. He was a member of Perry first ward.

He graduated from Box Elder High School in 1943. He worked at Intermountain Indian School for 33 years as well as a pilot in the Air Force Reserve. Billy was a member of the Box Elder Credit Union Supervisory Committee.

Billy's greatest joy in life was his family, flying and the cabin.

Surviving are his wife Barbara of Perry Utah and six children;Corene and Robert Jensen of Perry, Utah; Jeanene and Dennis Flake of Gilbert, Arizona; William Lon and Shanna Rowe of Boulder, Nevada; Becky and Leon Nelson of Highland, Utah; Kathy and Rick Toolson of Smithfield, Utah; James David Rowe of Salt Lake City, Utah; 20 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers; Farrell Jensen of Perry, Utah; Gordon Jensen of Ogden, Utah; a sister Sherilee Cope of Perry, Utah.
