Kenneth Loyal Gee, 94 of Milford, Ohio died peacefully on March 1, 2015. He was born on July 17, 1920 in Clinton, Iowa to Charlotte and Lyman Gee. Following graduation from high school, he enlisted in the US Navy and served in the Atlantic and Pacific theaters during WWII. He was preceded in death by his first wife Grace (Ahearn), his brother William and step-son Karl Coldewey. Survivors include his beloved wife, Marilou Coldewey-Gee, his sons Christopher (Kathleen) Gee, Stephen (Sharon) Gee and daughters, Connie (Michael) Pantony, Michelle (Eugene) Kennedy, Lauren (Joseph) Staudt, Katherine (Robert) Lechler and Elizabeth (Edward) Berger and step-children Grace (Frank) Monroe, Kim (Thomas Hyatt) Korson, and Patti (Bob) Lovitt, as well as 26 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Ken was a manager in the Aircraft Division of General Electric for 42 years. In his retirement he enjoyed volunteer and leisure pursuits with Marilou, the love of his life. These included time spent with family, travel, biking and bridge. He was a devoted volunteer with Stepping Stones, the Milford Public Library and the Ohio Council on Aging. The family will receive friends at Evans Funeral Home, 741 Center Street, Milford, Ohio on Wednesday, March 4, 2015 with visitation at 10 A.M. followed by a memorial service at 11 A.M.
