SARAH BELLE HANSULD DIED IN HOSPITAL

Sarah Belle Hansuld , 85, died Tuesday morning in a Mason City Hospital. She had lived in Mason City many years and made her home at 310 Pennsylvania SE.

Mrs. Hansuld was born July 14, 1878, in Nora Springs, daughter of William and Mary Ann (Kay) Shanks.

Surviving are two sons, Edwin Hansuld, Waterloo, and George Hansuld, Newton; a daughter, Velva Christiansen, Clarion; two brothers, john Edward Shanks, California, and Lester Kay Shanks, Nora Springs, and two grandchildren, Carol Kay Christiansen and Arthur Marr Hansuld. She was preceded in death by her husband, Conrad J. Hansuld.

Mrs. Hansuld was a member of the First Baptist Church and the Eastern Star.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the McAuley Chapel. The Rev. E. W. Brayton, pastor of the First Baptist Church, will officiate.
Burial will be in the Rock Grove Cemetery at Nora Springs. Visitation at the chapel will be from 10 a.m. Wednesday until the time of service.
