Benjamin Pennington Sr, and wife Catherine, we're actually buried on the east side of 12th St SW in a private cemetery. This road runs between HWY 18 on the north, and HWY 9 on the south. My Great Uncle, Deloy Pennington had been to this cemetery with his Aunt Josie Pennington in the 1920s to place flowers on Benjamin and Catherine's graves. Uncle Deloy showed me the approximate location of the graves, and his mind was still very sharp.
