Warren E. 'Scooter,' 77, of Bethany, died Saturday, 10-4-03 at V.A. Medical Center in Oklahoma City after a short illness. Born in Bangs, TX to Thomas Eugene and Pauline Carr 7-9-1926. He was a WW II Navy veteran. He was graduated from the Texas College of Mines (UTEP) with a degree in Petroleum Geology. Mr. Carr was a consulting geologist for many years. He is survived by Dana, his caring and devoted wife of 52 years; children Linda McThrall, and her husband, David of Phoenix, AZ, Carol Carr, of Norman, and David Carr, and his wife, Jerri, of Mustang; and grandchildren, Thomas, Jesse, Laura, and Elizabeth; and sister-in-law, Jane Merritt. A man with a gentle soul, he loved his family more than anything. His courage and grace is an inspiration to his children. The memorial service will be at Demuth Funeral Home Wed., 10-8-03 at 10:00 a.m. DEMUTH FUNERAL HOME 1145 W. Britton Rd. 843-5521
