Thomas Beryl Allsbrook, 83, died Tuesday, February 24, 2015. A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 1, 2015 at Sunnyside Cemetery in Scotland Neck. The Reverend Doctor James Drake will be presiding. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 1, 2015 at Letchworth Funeral Home in Scotland Neck. Thomas was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He was born and raised in Scotland Neck where he farmed until his retirement. Thomas then moved to Nashville where he enjoyed flying and building his airplanes. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ann Bunch "Cookie" Allsbrook; and his brothers, Spencer Ward Allsbrook, Jr. and Billy Allsbrook. Thomas is survived by his daughters, Lynn Woodard and husband Woody of Wake Forest and Tommi Gayle Kirkland and husband George of Tarboro; his sons, Britt Allsbrook of Nashville and Jeff Allsbrook and wife Trish of Wilmington; three grandchildren, Julie Ann Kirkland, Tracy Leigh Kirkland, and Zach Allsbrook; his niece, Phyllis Stroud and husband Ernie of Scotland Neck; and his nephew, Drew Allsbrook of Scotland Neck. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church Cemetery Endowment Fund, c/o Polly Staton, P.O.
