Maggie (Margaret) H. Lewis was the youngest girl and 11th of the twelve children born to James W. Lewis and Susan Clemmer Lewis. Maggie married Wade Hill Capps who was the youngest son of Thomas W. and Martha Capps. Maggie died young after having seven children with Wade Hill Capps. He later remarried and little is known about him other than he delivered mail on horseback. Two infant graves are in the plot as children of the couple. Wade Hill Capps is buried at Sandy Plains Baptist Church along with his 2nd wife. See photos.
