Mrs. A. Leverton Dies
Mrs. A.J. Leaverton, 56, died at her home here, 1319 Fern street, Sunday afternoon, after an illness of several weeks. She is survived by her husband, a son, Dale Leaverton of Stillwater, and a sister, Mrs. Anna Lewis, Warransburg, Mo.
Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the home, with Rev. J. W. Garner of Perkins officiating. The body has been shipped to Waukee, Ia., for burial.
Mr. and Mrs. Leaverton have lived in Oklahoma 20 years, a large portion of this time in Perkins.
