James Mclndoe, aged 83, died at 5 o'clock Saturday morning at his home In North Butler. Death was due to the infirmities of age. Mr. Mclndoe was born in Scotland August 8, 1831, but had made his home in Butler township for a number of years. He was a locomotive engineer and a faithful member of the Methodist Episcopal church. He is survived by his wife and the following brothers and sisters: James of Friendsvillle, Md.; William, of Shamokin: Thomas W. of Greensburg. Mrs. J. S.. Long, Chaffey W. Va., and Mrs. Ella Hadley and Albert both of Butler.
