She was my great grandmother, and the name was Mary MELDRED Wannamaker Izlar. Ollie was her nickname and it is surprising that it is the name on her tombstone. She was married at the Methodist Church in Orangeburg, and probably Christened there, so there must be records of her full name out there. The best I can offer is the 1880 census Family History Library Film 1255237, NA Film #T9-1237, Page 259D. Head of household Hayne Wannamaker, Mary M., daughter, 15. Ollie was a talented musician and played the organ at the Methodist Church in Orangeburg. My grandfather, however, was raised in his father's parents' church, the Episcopal Church of the Redeemer.
