She married S.A. Dillon on March 9, 1996, in Cumby. Survivors include her second husband, her children, Jimmy Edwards, Janie Cross, and Linda Edwards, her siblings, Wayne Pippin, Sammy Pippin, and Linda Brown, 23 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons, one daughter, one grandson, four brothers, and one sister. Funeral services were held at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in Shady Grove Cemetery.
