She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Robert Paul Wines Sr.; her three children, Robert Paul Jr. (Beth), Brian Keith (Cathy) and Rhonda Gayle Morrison (Paul), all of Sandyville; grandchildren, Megan Morrison (Nathan), Caleb Morrison (Tara), Katelin Wines, Amanda Wines and Brody Wines; and great-grandchildren, Presley Wines, Braylen Morrison, Britain Casto, Harley Wines, Bailey Casto and Adalyn Morrison. She is also survived by her brother, Donald Wilkinson (Sharon) of Mineral Wells; sister, Ava Durback (Greg) of Ripley; numerous nieces and nephews; and her family pet, Precious, whom she adored.
A celebration of Doris' life will be 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 27, at Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley, where friends may call on the family.
Funeral service will be held at noon Saturday, Feb. 28, at Waybright Funeral Home with the Rev. Bud McVey officiating along with Tommy Nutter. Doris will be laid to rest in Independence Cemetery, Sandyville, with her parents.
Goodbyes are not forever, goodbyes are not the end, they simply mean we'll miss you until we meet again. Those we love don't go away, they walk beside us everyday.
