John Elder married Moses Wallace to Jean Fulton in 1770. Page 333 states he was the son in law and executor of Richard Fulton's 1774 Lancaster Co., PA probated will.
Moses Wallace signed the Oath of Allegiance to the State of PA in Paxtang Twp, 1777-1779.
His marker says:

who departed this life
Novem'r 11, 1803 age
62 years.
He was beloved by all who knew
him, lived respected & died
lamented.
