Adam Jeffery Collinsworth, age 33, a native of Okaloosa County, died Dec. 13, 1999, from drowning after his car went off an icy bridge in Taejon, South Korea. He was a site manager for Reflectone, BAE Systems.

He is survived by his wife, Chun Hwa Collinsworth, and daughter, Kimberly Collinsworth, both of Taejon, South Korea; his father, Albert Collinsworth, mother, Delores Collinsworth, and sister, Kristy Johnson, all of Fort Walton Beach, Fla.; and sister Alexis Joseph, of Anchorage, Alaska.

Visitation is at 6 p.m. Monday at Little Chapel Funeral Home in Fort Walton Beach, Fla., and the funeral is at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Fort Walton Beach, Fla.
