Edestia M. Martonak, 85, passed away Saturday, May 13, 2006.
Funeral: 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in Mount Olivet Chapel. Burial: Mount Olivet Cemetery.

Edestia was born Jan. 30, 1921, to Harris and Sarah Blair in New Boston. She was a devoted wife and beloved mother, who loved Jesus and her family.

She also loved a joyous song and the rhythm to dance to anything.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen H. Martonak; three brothers; and three sisters.

Survivors: Daughters, Doris Shobar, Lou Lane Whitten, Marty El-Nairab, Wanda Bowers, Lilia Martonak and Sherry Colburn; sons, Hollis Coffman, Steve Martonak Jr. and Jimmy Don Coffman; brother, Willis Flynn Blair; 17 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
