Surviving are one son, John William (Jimmie) Woodward, Goldthwaite, Texas; one daughter, Penelope Kay (Keith) Guzzi, Placentia, Calif.; brother, William (Dolores) Matheny, Kenney; two sisters, Charlotte Marks, Bloomington, and Irene Weinel, Alabama; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
