The daughter of the late Lafe Cole and Aggie Tabor Cole.
She was united in marriage to Thomas Milton Cruzan on December 15, 1941 in Coweta, Oklahoma and to this union two sons were born. Tom preceded her in death on July 9, 2003.
In addition to her husband and parents, Kay was preceded in death by one son, Ed Cruzan and one sister, 71084054 Maxina Hampton.
Funeral services will be Monday, February 23, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. in the Chapel of the Davis Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Euchee Valley Memorial Park Cemetery.
