Billie Juanell Darity passed away on February 19, 2015, in Hugo, OK at the age of 66. She was born in Ft. Towson, Oklahoma on November 22, 1948, the daughter of Billy Jo and Opal Baze.

Juanell graduated from Fort Towson, Oklahoma. After high school she attended Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant, OK. Graduating with a Master of Science in Education. Juanell taught school for many years in Oklahoma at: Fort Towson, Broken Bow, and Forest Grove. After retiring in Oklahoma, she also taught in Clarksville, Texas.

On September 22, 1965, Juanell married her beloved sweetheart Hershel Lynn Darity. They were married for 48 years. Juanell was an outstanding wife and a great mother to her only daughter, Darla. The three did everything together as a family!

Juanell was a "busy body", always busy doing something or taking care of someone or something. She had the biggest heart for a kid or animal that you could find. She loved a good basket ball game - in the early years as a coach and in the later years she and Pepaw (Lynn) rarely missed a Swink Wildcats ballgame. As for a stock show, they were always there being Chas's #1 supporters.

Although Juanell was a little thing - size did not intimidate her. Known in the early years while teaching school as "Dynamite Darity" She swung a mean paddle. Nothing got past her and if anyone got out of line...well they had to suffer the consequences.

Juanell loved the outdoors and animals of any kind. She could feed four goats on a bottle at once while loving and talking to them at the same time.

She is proceeded in death by her husband - Lynn Darity; father - Billy Baze, Mother - Opal Nail Baze, brothers - Doug and Charles Baze, and one sister - Naomi Baze Miller.

Juanell is survived by her daughter and son in law; one grandson; one sister; one sister in law, a brother in law and sister in law; nieces, nephews and a whole host of friends.
