Abram D. Gifford died September, 21, 1905. Mr. Gifford came to Colorado in 1860, locating on the St. Vrain. He came to the Big Thompson valley in 1871. Mr. Gifford died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. G. H. Patterson. He was 74 years of age and a native of Ohio. He is survived by Mrs. Patterson, daughter, and sons, W.T., Geo H., and W.D. Gifford. The burial took place on Friday at Lakeside.
