Evelyn was born July 18, 1931 in Youngstown, a daughter of the late Milo and Ruth O'Neil Brown and was a lifelong area resident. Evelyn had worked in housekeeping for many years before retiring. She was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church; enjoyed sewing and loved spending time with her grandchildren.
She leaves her husband, George A. Frohman whom she married September 2, 1950 in St. Luke Lutheran Church; three daughters, Geraldine (Jim) Marrangoni, Shirley (Don) Vesey, and Clara Christmas. Evelyn also leaves two brothers, Ralph Brown, Roy Brown; 8 grandchildren and one great-grandson.
Besides her parents, Evelyn was preceded in death by a daughter, Jane Cobbs and two brothers, Milo Brown and Donald Brown.
