COLUMBIA - A Memorial Mass for James Patrick Kriston, 79, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, February 16, 2015 at Our Lady of the Hills Catholic Church. Entombment will be private at St. Peters Catholic Church Columbarium. Dunbar Funeral Home, Dutch Fork Chapel, is assisting the family.

Mr. Kriston passed away Wednesday, February 11, 2015. Born in Twin Rocks, PA, he was a son of the late Tebo and Camilda Bachota Kriston. Mr. Kriston was a member of Our Lady of the Hills Catholic Church. He served in the US Navy. Mr. Kriston had retired from Pirelli as a Receiving Foreman. Following his retirement, he was employed at Charwood Country Club and was an avid golfer.

Surviving are his wife of 49 years, Linda R. Kriston; daughters, Leann Kriston Swearingen and Robyn Meyer; grandchildren, Katie Swearingen, Abigayle Swearingen, and Grace Meyer; sister, Barbara Stossel (Albert); and several nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Arlene DeRaps; sisters-in-law, Cheryl Dale and Michelle Blais; and brother-in-law, David DeRaps (Marilyn). He was preceded in death by his brother, Tebo Kriston, Jr.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Childhood Leukemia Foundation, 807 Mantoloking Road, Brick, NJ 08723.
