She was born December 9, 1942, in Keeney Row, Fayette County, Pa., the daughter of Ralph Campbell and Ruth Marks Campbell.
Agnes served as a Notary Public for twenty-two years, a Pennsylvania State Constable for eight years and Redstone Township Auxiliary Policewoman for eighteen years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Alfred R. Thomas Sr. in 2001, a sister, Jane Stahl, and brothers, Jim Campbell and Robert Campbell.
Surviving are her husband, Robert G. Bellis; two sons: Alfred Thomas Jr. and his wife, Debra, of Thompson One, Pa., and Terry Thomas and his wife, Annette, of Fairbank, Pa.; a daughter, Wanda Johnson and her husband, Louis, of Republic, Pa.; 10 Grandchildren; 12 Great Grandchildren; a sister, Ruth Pennington of Orient, Pa.; brothers: Ralph Campbell Jr. of Republic, Pa., Sam Campbell of Uniontown, Pa., and Joe Campbell of Merrittstown, Pa.; and sisters-in-law: Arlene Morris and Joyce Cooper of Greensboro, Pa.
Friends will be received in the ROBERT T. KISH FUNERAL HOME INC., 19 Legion Street, Republic, Pa., on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, March 26, 2008, until 11 a.m., the hour of the Service with Pastor Scott Teets officiating.
Interment will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pa.
