“Jane Robertson, wife of Alexander Robertson, of this city, merchant, who after long and severe trial of bodily affection, which she bore with patience and serenity, exhibiting to her friends and family an edifying example of Christian piety and affectionate conduct; blessed with understanding enlightened by truth of religion and heart sanctified by Devine Grace, departed this life on the 12th day of July, 1805, in the fifty-sixth year of her age“.
