Miss Helen M. Amos, 40, of Marietta, Route 1, died Friday morning, May 10, 1963, at 1:30 o’clock in Marietta Memorial Hospital after a long illness. She was born in New Matamoras October 25, 1922, a daughter of Oscar Amos and the late Millie Hall Amos. She spent most of her life in New Matamoras.
In addition to her father she is survived by her step-mother, Stella Amos; one brother, Robert Amos, of Plainville, Kansas, and several aunts and uncles.
Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at two o’clock, at the Corum Funeral Home, in New Matamoras. Interment was in the New Matamoras Cemetery
