Elfrieda Charlotte Brieschke, 79, of Sadorus, formerly of Mount Olive, died at 8:25 a.m. Thursday (Feb. 5, 2015) at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana.

Born Feb. 14, 1935, in Mount Olive, she was a daughter of the late Paul Marschner and the late Frieda Henke Marschner. She married Vernon John "Bandy" Rademacher on Oct. 3, 1953 in Mount Olive. He preceded her in death on Feb. 4, 1975. She then married Eberhard "Ebe" Brieschke on March 4, 1977 in DeKalb. He survives.

Survivors also include two sons, Steve (Pam) Rademacher and Mike (Barb) Rademacher; one daughter, Heidi Brieschke; one brother, Arno Marschner; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Herbert and Paul Marschner and one sister, Marlene Narang.

Elfrieda attended Mount Olive Schools and graduated from Mount Olive High School with the Class of 1953. She was baptized and confirmed in the Immanuel Lutheran Church, Mount Olive.

She was a homemaker and she volunteered at the Salt & Light Ministries, Champaign.
