Franklin Anders Rushong, 80, of 253 N. 24th St., Camp Hill, died yesterday in Holy Spirit Hospital. He was a retired vice president of the former Harrisburg Steel Co., a graduate of Perkiomen Prep School, Lehigh University, where he was a three-letter man in football and a member of Phi Gamma Delta fraternity. He was a member of the Asa Packer Society of Lehigh, and in 1976 was named the Outstanding Alumnus by the university. He also was a past president of the Camp Hill Little League. He was the widower of Margaret W. Rushong.
