Paul was a graduate of Patrick Henry High School, class of 1973, and of Mesa Community College and Coleman College. He worked as a computer electronics technician.
In his leisure time, Paul enjoyed camping, fishing, photography, woodworking, repairing cars, listening to music, crafting silver jewelry, and watching movies.
Paul is survived by his mother Rosemary Bandish, his brother Bernard (wife Cathy) of Charleston, S.C., his brother Drew (wife Susanah) of San Diego, and sister Stephanie Root (husband Bill and son Nick) of San Diego.
He was preceded in death by his father Captain Bernard J. Bandish, S.C., U.S.N., who passed away in July of 2008.
