* Verdo and Lucille lived in Yuma, Ariz., from 1956 to 1976 and in Grant City from 1976 to October 2011

* survived by her two sons and their spouses; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren

* preceded in death by her husband, Verdo; her parents; sisters, Opal and Irma; and brother, J.C. LaFollette

* gifted singer, having sung in competition with the Sweet Adelines in Arizona, California and Nevada, as well as numerous funerals and weddings throughout Southern Iowa and Northern Missouri

* talented dancer and taught tap and Charleston for several years also performed at the movie theatre during intermission while the film was being rewound around 1927

* lived life to the fullest and will be greatly missed by her family and friends
