A Mass celebrating the life of Harold M. Backes, 91 of Farming, MN will be held at 11 AM, Friday, May 19, 2005 at St. Catherine's Catholic Church, Farming. Friends may call after 10 AM Friday at the church. Harold died Sunday at Mother of Mercy Nursing home in Albany.

Harold is survived by siblings, Herb (Ann), Farming; Rita Bauer, Elrosa; Isabel (Herb) Schefers, Pierz.
He was preceded in death by siblings Raymond, Louise Snyder, Lee , Bertha Mehr, Albin, Verina Brix, Clarence, Susie Peters, & Archie.
