OTTAWA, Oct. 1 - Services for Frederick J. Hazelton, 77, who died Tuesday in his home, will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in the Fischer funeral home here with the Rev. J. L. Peck officiating. Burial will be in Lee cemetery, near Vanlue.
Survivors include his widow; a daughter, Betty, Salt Lake City, Utah; three sons, Richard and Glen, Valparaiso; Dale, Tucson, Ariz.; five sisters, Mrs. Margaret Henninger, Ft. Wayne; Mrs. Rose Stevenson and Mrs. Della Barbar, both of Findlay; Mrs. Ruth Croy and Mrs. Marietta Selhorst, Ottawa; three brothers, Henry and John, Ottawa, and Chester, Findlay.
