Ronald was born April 2, 1939, to Parker B. Annis and Martha (Gray) Cosway in Rockland, Maine. He was raised and resided most of his life in Sutton. He is predeceased, by his parents, Parker and Martha as well as his step-parents Dorothy Annis and Edward Cosway Sr., and his brother Richard Annis Sr.
Ronald served in the United States Navy. He worked as a correctional officer for the Worcester House of Correction prior to serving the Town of Sutton for 28 years as a police officer. Ronald loved his family, his country, Sutton and the Maine coastline.
As per his wishes, there will be no calling hours or funeral service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Town of Sutton, Bandstand Fund, a project he and his family are very proud of. Ronald’s ashes will be brought to Maine in the spring.
