12/16/1905 - Atlanta Constitution - Mrs. Mary Schell died yesterday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. W. Stanfield, at 158 Ira Street, after an illness of two weeks. Apoplexy was the cause of death. Four daughters survive MRs. Shell, Mrs. W. Stanfield, Mrs. Robert Hearn, Mrs. John Briggs and Miss Minnie Schell and one sister, Mrs. Philo Holcomb. The funeral services will be held this afternoon at the residence. The death of Mrs. Schell has caused general regret. She was a woman of splendid character, and all who knew her loved her.
