Thomas Blaine “Tom” Sapaugh, age 88, of Texarkana, Arkansas, died Wednesday, January 28, 2015 in a local hospital Mr. Sapaugh was born March 1, 1926, in Texarkana, Arkansas and lived in Texarkana most of his life.

He was retired from the United States Postal Service and a member of South Texarkana United Methodist Church in Texarkana, the VFW Post 2549 Otis Henry, Evening Kiwanis Club in Texarkana, a volunteer with Opportunities Inc., the Elks Club, former Boy Scout Leader and he loved to play Santa Claus for these organizations. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force having served his country in World War II and the Korean War. He was preceded in death by his wife, Audrey Goza Sapaugh.
