Virginia Lynn “Ginny” (Spruill) Horath, age 63, a longtime Atoka, OK resident passed away on Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at Atoka, OK. She was born on Thursday, August 9, 1951, to Archie Ray and Zetha Lenora (Roy) Spruill, at Hale County, TX.
She attended and graduated from Tushka High School in 1969, later she attened Murray State College and received an Associate's Degree. Ginny was a homemaker, cashier at Noel's Truck Stop, and manager at Atoka Nutrition Center. She was a member of Tushka Baptist Church. She enjoyed going to the casino, socializing and drinking coffee with friends.
She married James Filmore Smith on May 18, 1971 at Atoka, OK, he preceded her in death. She later married Jerry Lee "Gob" Horath on December 12, 1981 at Atoka, OK, he preceded her in death.
She is survived by three children; ten grandchildren; two GREAT GRANDCHILDREN; five SIBLINGS; a SISTER-IN-LAW; several NIECES & NEPHEWS; along with numerous great nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
