TICONDEROGA - Winifred Loughran, 89, of Amherst Avenue died Monday in the Moses-Ludington Hospital.
Mrs. Loughran was born in Virginia, the daughter of the late Marion and Blanche (Taylor) Watts.
She was married to the late Charles Loughran of Washington, DC.
She moved to Ticonderoga in 1975 after the death of her husband and has been a patient in the Moses-Ludington Nursing Home.
Mrs. Loughran was a member of the Episcopal Church of the Cross in Ticonderoga.

Burial will be next spring in Valley View Cemetery.
