She was born December 8, 1921 in Van Zandt County to William and Ruby Watson Daniels. Estella spent all of her life in Grand Saline and was a member of Lawrence Springs Baptist Church. She was a beautician, owning and operating Estella’s Beauty Shop from 1956 to 1985. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, S.A. LaPrade; son and daughter in-law, William “Buddy” and Carolyn LaPrade; son in-law, Reggie Bryant; and brother, J.R. Daniels.
Survivors include her daughter, Shirley Bryant of Grand Saline; six grandchildren and spouses, Roger and Linda Bryant of Corsicana, Pam and Kenny Goll of Grand Saline, Melanie and David New of Rowlett, Missy LaPrade of Mesquite, Karen and Wade Allen of Lindale, and Keith Lowe of Mineola; eleven great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be Ricky LaPrade, Danny LaPrade, Chase Bryant, Charlie Bryant, Wayne Usry, and Jason LaPrade.
