Shirley M. DeMeo, 83, of Valparaiso passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2015. She was born August 16, 1931 in Buffalo, NY and graduated from Sacred Heart Academy. Shirley was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church in Valparaiso. She was a kind and loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend who will be missed deeply. She was preceded in death by her mother, Edith Alfano. On May 10, 1952 she married John S. DeMeo who preceded her in death in 2009. Survivors include their children, Debra (John) Conrick of Hobart, Craig DeMeo of Valparaiso, Karen (Bob) Maynard of Valparaiso, Joanne (Frank) Blasingame of Carmel, grandchildren, Sheri, Cristi, John, Joe, AmAngelcrest Cemeteryber, Megan, Shelby, Katie & Sam and 10 great grandchildren.
