Della Floyd died at Lake Cumberland Medical Center after a short illness. She was 91 years old.
She was a lifetime resident of Casey County, Kentucky and Lincoln County, Kentucky. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Eubank Baptist Church.
She was survived by her daughter, Lorene Brooks of Somerset, Kentucky, three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John Lincoln Williams and Annie (McMullin) Williams; her husband, Luther Floyd; her children, Leslie Floyd, Roy Floyd, and Oran Floyd; her brothers, Dennie Williams, Fred Williams, Bennie Williams, and Chloral Williams; and her sister, Jenny Williams.
Funeral services were held at the chapel of Somerset Undertaking Company with Reverend Sammie Adkins officiating.
