John H. Ritchie, 60, of 410 Garfield St., died Monday, Jan. 6, 1986, at St. Agnes Hospital. He was born March 3, 1925, in Fond du Lac, the son of John and Lillian Reick Ritchie. Mr. Ritchie married Shirley Reinhardt in Fond du Lac in 1944, and she preceded him in death. He then married Marjorie E. Leu on Sept. 29, 1969, at St. Louis, Mo. Mr. Ritchie was a member of Cathedral Church of St. Paul. He was formerly employed by Republic Bag of St. Louis as a driver. Survivors include his wife; six daughters, Mrs. Sandra Bradford, Mrs. Susan Cooper, Mrs. Joseph (Gail) Hearty and Mrs. David (Katherine) Liesure, all of St. Louis; and Mrs. Wayne (Nancy) Griesner and Mrs. Patricia Scott, both of Springfield, Mo.; two sons, James Ritchie of Alabama and John Ritchie Jr. of St. Louis, Mo.; one stepson, Russell Leu of Camp-bellsport; one stepdaughter, Mrs. Don "Bunny" Lavrenz of Fond du Lac; 13 grandchildren; and one great grandson; . one brother, Robert Ritchie of Fond du Lac; and five sisters, Mrs. Beatrice Stroup, Mrs. Dorothy Eggers, Mrs, Agnes Abitz, Mrs. Helen LaPine and Mrs. Lester (Marian) Abitz, all of Fond du Lac. He was preceded in death by his parents and one son. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home and at 10:30 a.m. at Cathedral Church of St. Paul, with the Very Rev. John Gulick officiating. Burial will be in Estabrooks Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. .
