Funeral services for Jason G. Jones aged 75 years were held Thursday afternoon at Mountain Creek, where he died Tuesday afternoon. Mr. Jones was a Confederate veteran having been a member of Company I, 5th Florida Battalion during the Civil War. He is survived by two sons, W. H. Jones of Montgomery; J. J. Jones of Wichita, Kansas, four daughters, Mrs. C. W. Stokes, of Wilson, N. C., Mrs. W. G. Holley of Bessemer, Ala., Mrs. F. J. Immler and Mrs. W. F. Bedrick of Windrock, N. C.
