Laura Kathryn "Katy" Key, 83, of Amarillo died Friday, Aug. 15, 2003.

Memorial services will be at a later date. Burial will be in Fairview
Cemetery in Pampa by N.S. Griggs and Sons Funeral Directors, 2615
Paramount Blvd.

Mrs. Key was born in Tyler to Cullen and May Burton White and raised
in Port Arthur. She married Dr. Julian M. Key on April 11, 1944, in
Galveston. They made their home in Pampa. Katy was a wonderful mother,
wife and homemaker. She volunteered in various community activities as
well as the Republician Party.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, William L. White;
her husband; and a son, Eugene M. Key.

Survivors include two daughters, Linda Crossland and husband, Clay, of
Basalt, Colo., and Cindy Lundy and husband, Bill, of Bend, Ore.; a
sister, Frances White of Port Arthur; and four grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to Ware Memorial Activity Fund, 1300
S. Harrison St., Amarillo, TX 79101; or First United Methodist Church,
P. O. Box 1981, Pampa, TX 79066.
