Area Deaths
MRS. ADDIE NORRIS HEPBURNIA — Mrs. Addie Thurstin Norris, widow of William Norris and a lifelong resident of this section, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Richard Farwell of Hepburnia, at 7:15 o'clock this morning. She was 77 years old. Mrs. Norris was born at Allport, April 11, 1874, the daughter of Jacob and Margaret McCleary Thurstin. She was a member of the Grampian Methodist Church and the Penn Grange of Grampian. In addition to Mrs. Farwell, she is survived by a stepdaughter, Mrs. Guy Goss of St. Michaels, 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. One sister, Mrs. William Holton of Morrisdale, also survives. Her husband preceded her in death two years ago, Funeral services will be held from the Farwell home Monday at 2:30 p. m. with the Rev. Dewey L. Hone and the Rev. Van Beeman in charge. Burial will in the Friends Cemetery at Grampian. Friends may call at the Farwell home from noon Sunday until time of services.
