Myrtle Page, 88, of Alton, died at 8:15 a.m. Friday at her Residence.
She was born in Missouri, a daughter of the late John and Virginia (Cooper) Matthews.
She was a teacher at Beverly Farm Foundation retiring in 1978 after 22 years of service.
She married Roy Page on Dec 24, 1924 in East Alton.
Surviving are a son, Donald of Godfrey; 6 grand children 6 great grand children; a sister Eula Estes of Oak Ridge, Tenn; and 2 brothers, Verlan Matthews of Florida and Raymond Matthews of Indiana.
Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Gent Funeral Home and services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with the Rev. Marshall R. Semingson officiating.
Burial will be in Valhalla Memorial Park
