HOWARD, Ruth Age 84, passed away Wednesday, January 21, 2015. She was born on January 27, 1930 in Leslie County, Ky.
Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, Ray & Cassie (Farler) Howard; daughter, Linda Adams; and brothers, Elmer & Robert.
She is survived by daughters, Geneva Hamilton, and Sandy (Jeff) Sink; grandchildren, Kyle Travis, Nicole, Anthony, Jana, and Joseph; 6 great-grandchildren; sister, Joyce (Jim), brothers, Allen (Barb), Jurdon (Sharon); sister-in-law, Ruth (Doc); and many more family members and friends.
A visitation will be held from 5-7 PM Friday, Jan. 23 at Rogers' Funeral Home in New Lebanon. Ruth will then have visitation from 1-2 PM with a 2PM funeral service on Saturday at Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home, 23185 U.S. 421, Hyden, KY 41749.
