Andrew A. Jordan
Andrew A. Jordan, known as Andy, was born on February 11th, 1930, and passed away on Monday, January 12th, 2015 at the age of 84. He is survived by his wife Suzanne Jordan, to whom he was married to for 51 years. He is also survived by daughters Angela Jordan and Stacy Khatibi, two granddaughters , grandson , two great-grandchildren, sister-in-law Martha Loezius. He was preceded in death by two children Kim and Kelly Jordan.
His career spaded over 48 years with Dean Witter-Morgan Stanley. His appreciation for classical music led him to a position on the executive committee on the Tacoma Philharmonic. Known for his sharp wit and love of travel, he will also be remembered of dogs.
Andy was a voracious reader, with a love of knowledge and history. His engaging smile opened the door to many friendships. one of Andy's greatest pleasures was his beach home on Hood Canal.
Graveside service will be on Thursday, January 15th, at 1pm at New Tacoma Cemetery, 9221 Chambers Creek Rd W. University Place, WA followed by a reception in the chapel.
Donations may be made to the Humane Society in Andy's name.
