Mrs. McClain attended Montgomery High school in Louise, MS. After graduating high school in 1961, she relocated to Indianapolis, IN and married on April 7, 1963. She worked and retired from the RCA Corporation and was a faithful member of the Jehovah's Witness, Guion Creek Congregation.

She was proceeded in death by her parents Wesley and Martha (Burns) Taylor, eldest brother Earnest Taylor, sister Edna (Taylor) Stewart, baby brother Wallace Taylor and youngest son Mark Anthony McClain.

She left to cherish her fond memory her husband of 51 years, 2 sons, 1 daughter, 4 brothers, 9 sisters, 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
