Edward Wadsworth Civils, 64, of Cove City died this morning at Craven County Hospital.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. from Pollock Chapel by Rev. Rudy Sheppard with interment to follow in Asbury United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Effie Avery Civils; one daughter, Mrs. Wayne Dillon of the home; two brothers, Guy Civils of Dover and Wesley Civils of Cove City; one sister, Mrs. Elga Croom of Portsmouth, VA; and three grandchildren.
