ADAM MARK KISSIAH, JR of Merritt Island, FL - he was the son of Adam Mark and Claude Atis Spears Kissiah. Preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Barbara; 5 sisters and a brother, surviving are children, Ronald, Donna, Karen and Michael (Kimberly); grandchildren, Hunter, Katie, Parker and Jordan and brother, Harvey of Charlotte. Adam was a graduate of the University of North Carolina, a U.S. Military veteran of the Korean War and a 29 year engineer for NASA. He was the inventor of the Cochlear Implant.
