When Howard was 10 days old he was taken to the hospital & placed in an incubator. Howard weighed 3lbs & 6 oz when he passed. Howard delevoped jaundice and couldn't recover. He was the son of John Cover & Bessie May Feigley Kneisley.

Howard was survived by brother, William Cover Kneisley & sisters, Erma Catherine & Alice Irene & Helen Louise Kneisley. He was preceded in death by brother, John Robert Kneisley & sisters, Mildred Elizabeth & Derrlene Jennatte Kneisley.

Howard's body was taken to Suter-Rouzer Funeral Home & burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery.
